Stability is always first important point for outdoor LED display, then it comes to the point of visual performance and service. Normally outdoor LED displays are installed on the building facades, fixed on the pillars used as billboard, hung on the stadium roof, etc, it's not easy for service like indoor LED screen, needs to apply for service permission, rent a lifter, and qualified engineer required for the job, which is quite expensive, that's why a stable quality outdoor LED display is necessary.
PT series is the 4th generation outdoor LED display with excellent heat dissipation, easy and fast service, and brilliant visual performance of high brightness and contrast ratio. So far, there are lot of outdoor LED display is aluminum chasis, but LED module cover is reqular plastic one, which IP grade and heat dissipation effecience is low. New XL Visual PT series adopted both aluminum LED modules and cabinet frame, as a result of excellent heat dissipation performance. Besides this, a thermal controlled blower fans integrated inside the power box, it starts working when temperature inside the power box is more than 40℃, makes a long life time for the power supply units.
PT series with standard 960x960mm cabinet size, can be customized cabinet size based on standard 480x320mm module size, so it's more flexible for different projects requests, also there are wide range of pixel pitch options available, from P5.7mm to P10mm, and P4,4mm pixel pitch is under developting.
Regarding the creative screen installation, PT series can be installed with concave and convex LED screen shapes, and 90 degree installation, including seamless 90 degree installation, which can match the glass free 3D concept screen by developing 3D video content in the market, the corner part is customized width depends on different installation areas, ensure a smooth curve connection.
Another selling point of PT series is that high louver mask design, as a result of max. 9500:1 contrast ratio, will have a better visual performance under direct sunlight. Especially when the screen had been used 2-3 years, screen uniformity will keep in a good condition, unlike other LED display with normal louver mask, the LED modules will have mosaic effect, which looks not good, will affect the screen value of advertisement.
